Impressed with the studio suite - it was cozy and had everything! Not too far from Puncak, and it's right in the heart of everything 🌲.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. Location: the hotel was right by Puncak. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room was a nice size and had climate control, a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge bar. The restaurant served a lot of meals for breakfast. The service was exceptional as we had expected. Plus, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

Spent our Christmas at this hotel and it was a delightful experience. the breathtaking view from the room and the swimming pool was an absolute winner. the staff were friendly and ever-helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food was delicious and service was quick in the restaurant. One of the best aspects of this place was its fantastic location, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

The only drawback was the subpar noise insulation in the rooms. We were able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway at night, and during events, we could faintly hear music from the ballroom.

the infinity pool overlooking the majestic view of the mountains was just one of the highlights of our stay. the impeccable service provided by the courteous staff, especially Ms. Zahra truly made the experience unforgettable. the restaurant offered delicious food with fast service. Private facilities were also available, which added to the exclusivity of the venue.

Although the hotel provided excellent service, one minor issue was the lack of noise insulation in the rooms. We could hear people walking and talking in the hallway at night, which affected the quality of our sleep.
